Most people blame other people for bad things happing to them but give them self credit when good
things happen to them.

This advise it to do the opposite.
When bad things happen blame yourself and
consider what you will do different next time
you get in a similar situation.
When good things happen write a thank you letter
to the persons involved, if no persons is involved
thank the universe or god.
